    • Other expenses that happen due to the tour, e.g overtime or other will collecting by the driver in cash in USD$ or IDR on the day itself
    • The additional charge applies to USD$ 5/Car/hour if the customer needs to extend the hour for any other purposes
    • The price mentioned is valid for Max 7 hours

    Cancellation Policy

    • Car rental, sightseeing Tours and adventure tours operate in rain or shine, or even on cloudy conditions. Customers cannot cancel a tour based on their own assumption that the weather represents a risk, or simply because they wish to do a tour on a sunny day, and still expect a refund.
    • A minimum of 3 days notice for cancellation is required to avoid being charged in full amount
    • Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior to the tour date, a full charge will be applied (NOT REFUNDABLE)
    • A refund will be made in full if the cancellation has been made at least 3 days before the tour date, but we will keep 15 % from the total amount as a Bank administration fee.
