Additional Info

• It’s not allowed for the children before 7 years old
• It’s not allowed for every participant who has back pain or lung problem
• Every Participant must follow all the instructor brief
• If you need buy a soft drink at the river, please ask the price first, to avoid overpaying
• Please Put your Important belongings at water proof bag that provide by the rafting instructor

Payment Method

• All the Booking proccess via Online ” Book Now Button” payment is by card / visa/ master card that connected to PayPal
• Payment for extra time or others will collected by cash in Indonesian Rupiah ( IDR ) at the end of the trip by the driver.

Cancellation Policy

Car rental, sightseeing Tours and adventure tours operate in rain or shine, or even on cloudy conditions. Customers cannot cancel a tour based on their own assumption that the weather represents a risk, or simply because they wish to do a tour on a sunny day, and still expect a refund.

A minimum of 3 days notice for cancellation is required to avoid being charged in full amount

Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior to the tour date, a full charge will be applied (NOT REFUNDABLE)

A refund will be made in full if the cancellation has been made at least 3 days before the tour date, but we will keep 15 % from the total amount as a Bank administration fee.
